Janelle offers person-centred, trauma-informed psychotherapy. She works with students experiencing burnout, anxiety, symptoms of depression, worries about the future, and difficulties in relationships or communication.
In your first session, Janelle will listen, ask questions, and help you explore what’s been weighing on you. Together, you can decide what you’d like to focus on.
“Janelle was warm, patient, and understanding. I felt comfortable speaking with her and genuinely supported throughout our sessions. I would recommend her to others looking for compassionate psychotherapy support.”
“I really appreciate Janelle’s calm and gentle approach and the attention she gives to every detail. She listens carefully, explains things clearly, and creates a space where I feel comfortable sharing my experiences.”
Oksana has over 20 years of experience and provides Janelle with individual clinical supervision. She founded Focus on Emotions, an approach that helps people understand what their emotions are telling them.
