This is not just a lecture about AI. Each participant will create their own custom AI assistant — designed specifically to support their emotional awareness in a safe and ethical way.

Workshop Program:
AI & Mental Health

The workshop has 2 engaging parts:

1. Informational Part: Understanding How Real Change Happens
Gain a deep psychological understanding of how change occurs in your life at the level of consciousness and the subconscious. Learn where AI can genuinely help, and at which level its support ends.

Break (30 minutes):
Enjoy light food, informal conversations, and time to reflect.

2. Practical Part: Creating Your Personal AI Assistant
Build your own custom AI assistant designed to support your personal emotional awareness and mental health goals. You will receive step-by-step guidance, and the team will support each participant individually during the process.

Workshop Structure:

  • 1.5 hours — Informational Part

  • 30 minutes — Break with light food

  • 1.5 hours — Practical Part

  • 30 minutes — Live Q&A and integration

Small Group Format:
This workshop is intentionally limited to a small group of up to 10 participants to ensure personal attention, individual support, and a deeper, more meaningful experience.

Is this workshop for psychotherapists or mental health professionals?

No. This workshop is not only for therapists.

It is designed for anyone who already uses ChatGPT, especially in moments of emotional discomfort, stress, or overthinking — and wants to use it safely, consciously, and effectively.

 

Is this workshop only for people with anxiety?

No. Anxiety is a common reason people turn to AI, but this workshop is for anyone who wants clarity and practical tools.

The workshop has two parts:

 

  • Part 1 — How the Mind Works & How Change Really Happens (1.5 hours)

     

    You will learn how the psyche works (conscious and subconscious processes), and why information alone often doesn’t lead to real change — whether the information comes from books, webinars, therapy, or AI.

    This is core psychological knowledge that I share with many new clients — but usually we have only 5–10 minutes for it. Here, we will go deeper.

  • Part 2 — Create Your Personal AI Assistants (1.5 hours)

    You will build your own custom AI assistant based on your personal needs:

    • anxiety and racing thoughts

    • emotional journaling and awareness

    • habit-building and reminders

    • reflection between therapy sessions

      …and more. If you have a different goal, we will adapt your assistant to your request.

          
  • Do I need to already use ChatGPT?


    Yes — ideally. Part 1 is valuable for everyone, but Part 2 is hands-on and uses ChatGPT to build your assistants.

    However these principles are universal.

    You will learn core psychological and practical principles that can be applied with different AI tools — not only ChatGPT.

    The goal is not to teach one platform, but to help you understand how to use AI responsibly and effectively in general.

        
  • Do I need the paid version of ChatGPT?


    No. The paid version is not required.

    Some tools work in the free version, and some advanced features work in the paid version. You can decide later.
