You rest, but you still feel exhausted.
You take time off, but the feeling does not really go away.
You may feel irritable, emotionally drained, disconnected, overwhelmed, unmotivated, or simply not like yourself.
At some point, it becomes difficult to understand whether this is ordinary stress, burnout, or a sign that you may need more support.
This webinar is designed to help you recognize what burnout can actually look like, understand the signals your body and emotions may be sending you, and know what to do next.
Burnout does not always look dramatic. It often develops slowly.
You keep functioning. You keep working. You keep taking care of everyone around you. From the outside, everything may seem fine.
Inside, you may already feel exhausted, irritable, emotionally drained, disconnected, unmotivated, or unable to concentrate the way you used to.
And sometimes “just rest” is not enough.
At Focus on Emotions Clinic, we believe that difficult emotions and reactions are not simply problems to control or eliminate. They can be important signals that help us understand what is happening inside us and what may need attention.
This webinar will help you recognize those signals earlier, understand what may be contributing to burnout, and know when it may be time to ask for support.
The webinar will be presented by members of the Focus on Emotions Clinic team.

I started to work with Oksana at one of the most difficult times in my life when I struggled with depression and anxiety. I felt stuck in my life choices without understanding who I am and what I want. Oksana is truly professional. She is honest, kind, caring and very knowledgeable. She helped me to move from a place of dysfunction in my past to new me. I feel good about who I am now with a sense of happiness and fulfillment in my life. Also, Oksana provided me with practical tools on how to deal with stress and anxiety. They help me to be more resistant and mature at difficult times. I noticed a great improvement in my personal relationships too. This was a life-changing experience!
I’m very grateful to Oksana for her help in a difficult time. She was able to gently but very deeply find and fix my problem. Working with Oksana helped me eliminate financial blocks and gave me confidence in my abilities. I highly recommend Oksana Yusupova as a great specialist.
Focus on Emotions Clinic is built around one central idea:
Emotions are meaningful signals, not problems to get rid of.
Our work helps clients better understand what their emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and body responses may be communicating.
Rather than focusing only on controlling difficult emotions, we help clients become more curious about them, understand their patterns, and use that understanding to make meaningful changes.
This same approach will guide our conversation about burnout.
Everyone who joins us live will receive two special benefits.

Dear Oksana,
Thank you so much for today’s wonderful workshop.
I truly enjoyed being part of it. The session was very inspiring, thoughtful, and deeply meaningful for me. I especially appreciated the way you explained the different levels of the mind and shared practical tools that we can use to better understand and work with our emotions.
You created such a warm, open, and supportive space for reflection and learning. It was not only interesting and insightful, but also very enriching on a personal level.
Thank you for the care and energy you put into this workshop. I am very grateful for the experience.
Kind regards,
Valentina
Thank you so much, Oksana!
I am deeply impressed by how you were able to present this complex topic, how clearly you structured the information, and how well everything was organized.
The workshop was informative, inspiring, and very warm.
Thank you to Olga Luhavaya for the delicate support.
Often you leave a meeting and immediately forget what it was about. But after this workshop, I keep mentally returning to it, reflecting, rethinking, and integrating the tools we received.
Once again, a huge thank you!
